_{Before commissioning me, SnailRoyal, you agree to have read and to comply with the following terms of service. These terms may be subject to change without notice.
The commission form is available at the end of the terms of service, you may submit your commission request through it after reading and understanding the TOS, thank you!}GENERAL- _{I will only accept commissions from clients who are 18 years old and above.}
- _{Prices listed are for non-commercial works only. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. Please contact me for commercial work: [email protected].}
- _{Slots are customer based and not drawing based, meaning a customer is free to order multiple commissions and styles.}
- _{Basic commissions will take at least 1-2 month to finish, while a more complicated commission will take at most 3 months.}
- _{Should you need the commission urgently, there will be a rush fee of up to 50% depending on the deadline, with a minimum of 4 days for a basic commission and a minimum of a week for a complex commission.}
- _{The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.}
- _{You agree that you are ordering a digital good that does not require physical shipping. You will receive a PNG file of the finished artwork depending on your preference.}PAYMENT & REFUND
- _{Payment is made through Paypal invoice and in US dollars (USD) only.}
- _{For commissions $150 USD and below, payment must be paid in full before commencement of commission.}
- _{For commissions above $150 USD, the client must give a down payment of 50%. Upon the client's approval of the sketch, the remaining 50% should be paid to be further rendered and finished}
- _{Full refunds are allowed if I've taken 5 months since payment with no progress, otherwise it will not be allowed. Partial refunds will be considered if it has already been started, and there will be NO REFUNDS for completed work.}COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
- _{Any works made by SnailRoyal are NOT authorized for any blockchain-related technology activities including NFTs, cryptoart, and any form of cryptocurrency}
- _{You can claim the rights to your character(s) but not the commissioned artwork itself. I retain full rights on commissioned works, which allows the publishing of the art in my portfolio & social media.}
- _{Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper credit is given, please tag "@SnailRoyal" on the main post itself. Additionally, please include links to any of the my relevant social media account/s.}
- _{You are not allowed to sell any products using the commissioned artwork unless agreed upon.}
- _{You may use the artwork for your own personal use (e.g., using it as an icon/wallpaper, or making a print/charm for yourself, as long as it is not sold).}REFERENCE & PROCESS
- _{You must provide proper reference (at least a full-body flat colored sketch of the character/s).}
- _{I will not accept IRL photos of people for reference, please have an already drawn illustration/reference of the character.}
- _{If a character has detailed or complex textures like specific clothing patterns or detailed tattoos, please provide a clean sheet to use (sample), otherwise additional fees will apply}
- _{If you require a background, please provide images and descriptions to help visualize it better.}
- _{Written only descriptions for reference will not be accepted. The written descriptions must be accompanied with reference pictures (e.g., picture collages, pinterest boards, please keep them all in one file/link). This form of request (written, with no official design) will include an additional custom design charge}
- _{Once confirmed, I will send the invoice to you. When the payment has been sent, I will officially start working on your commission.}
- _{I will show a WIP during the sketching stages, you are allowed 3 chances to request major changes during this stage. You are allowed 1 minor adjustment during the final rendering stage, this includes hue changes and drawing in missing details.
